Building an LLM-based AI sales assistant to drive engagement for small businesses on social media 🚀
The concept was to help small businesses that sell on social media build an AI assistant tailored to their needs and their brands’ styles to handle communications with their clients. The start-up team wanted to build a minimum viable product to validate this concept in the market, and I led the product design.
